What does the $49 payment include?
365 days of Professor Pro for one professor profile: a claimed-profile label, access to its written reviews, a teaching introduction, the ability to submit replies, and review flagging with status tracking. Introductions, replies, and edits need approval before publication.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay $49 once for one year. You can choose to renew from your dashboard during the final 30 days of your plan.
Can I remove or change student reviews?
No. Professor Pro gives you a way to respond. Purchasing it does not change student ratings or give you control over student reviews. You can flag inappropriate reviews from your dashboard. Our moderation process decides whether a review violates the guidelines; a flag does not automatically hide it.
Does claiming mean my identity is verified?
No. We ask you to use your school email and confirm that you are claiming your own profile. The label says “Claimed profile.” It is not independent identity verification.
What happens when my year ends?
The claimed-profile label, introduction, review access, and editing tools require an active plan. Previously approved replies can remain alongside the reviews.
Is the Student Semester Pass included?
No. Professor Pro covers your own profile. The Student Semester Pass is a separate product for reading reviews across the site and submitting student reviews.
